How Can Counselling Help Me?
Counselling helps to improve your way of thought and your feelings whilst also supporting you in addressing issues in your life.
We live in a society where one out of two marriages ends in divorce and stress and anxiety is the most common reason for absenteeism from work in the UK.
There is often a lot more under the surface and many people suffering pain or health ailments can feel anxious or depressed which may slow recovery.
What Happens at the Consultation?
A counselling session lasts an hour. A typical session involves discussion about you and your life and the impact on the current difficulty you are facing. You will be able to work out some goals to overcome problems and learn skills to do this.
