What is it like to be hypnotised?
There is no particular 'hypnotic' feeling and each person's experience can be different. Typically you will experience pleasant feelings of relaxation which may include feelings of heaviness or lightness as your mind and body relax.
We enter in and out of trance states every day just as when you're daydreaming, reading a book or driving long distances. It's not possible to get 'stuck' in hypnosis. It's a very natural and completely safe process with plenty of good results and no side effects.
